When you fill an enquiry form, use our cost calculator or contact us on WhatsApp, we collect your name, phone number and the project details you choose to share — property type, district, budget range and timeline. We do not ask for identity documents or payment details through this website.
02Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, plan a site visit and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
03Who can see it
Our own team, and the tools we use to run the business — our website host, our email provider and our internal CRM. They process the data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
04Cookies and analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. These tools record usage patterns, not your identity. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
05How long we keep it
